Backup and Recovery

Minimal Downtime With Protection

Most businesses think they have a backup. Many of them are wrong. Backups that run without being verified, recovery processes that have never been tested, and single-copy local-only storage are not protection. They are a false sense of security that fails at the worst possible moment. We build and manage backup solutions that are designed to actually work when you need them.

What We Do

Automated Backup Configuration We configure automated backups for servers, workstations, and cloud data that run on a schedule without requiring manual intervention. Automation removes human error from one of the most critical processes in your business.
Offsite and Cloud Backup Local backups protect you from hardware failures. Offsite and cloud backups protect you from ransomware, fire, theft, and anything else that could affect your physical location. We implement both layers.
Backup Monitoring We monitor your backups daily and alert on failures. Backup jobs that run silently and fail silently give you no protection at all. We catch failures immediately and resolve them before they become a gap in your protection.
Recovery Testing A backup you have never tested is a backup you cannot trust. We perform regular recovery tests to verify that your data is intact, your backups are usable, and your team knows the recovery process before they need it under pressure.
Microsoft 365 Backup Microsoft does not back up your mailboxes, SharePoint, or Teams data the way most people assume. We implement true third-party backup for your Microsoft 365 environment so that data is recoverable when it is deleted or corrupted.
Recovery Planning We document your recovery procedures, establish recovery time objectives, and make sure the right people know what to do when something goes wrong. A plan that exists only in someone's head is not a plan.

How It Works

Step 1: Backup Assessment

We review what you are currently backing up, how often, where those backups are stored, and whether they have ever been tested. In many cases we find gaps that businesses were not aware of. You get an honest picture of where you stand before we propose anything.

Step 2: Solution Design

We design a backup strategy around your business, your data, and how long you can realistically afford to be down if something goes wrong. We follow the 3-2-1 rule as a baseline: three copies of your data, on two different media types, with one stored offsite.

Step 3: Implementation

We deploy and configure your backup solution, verify the first successful backup runs, and confirm offsite replication is working. We document the entire configuration and make sure backup status is visible and monitored going forward.

Step 4: Ongoing Verification

We monitor your backups on an ongoing basis, alert on failures, and perform regular recovery tests to verify that your data is actually recoverable. We report to you on backup status so you always know your data is protected.
