How It Works

Step 1: Contact Us

Call us, send an email, or submit a request through our contact page. Describe what your computer is doing and we will let you know the fastest path to a fix. No appointment needed for drop-off.

Step 2: Drop It Off

Most repairs are handled in our shop in Hobbs. Bring your computer in at your convenience. If the issue requires us to come to you, we can schedule an on-site visit. We will give you a realistic turnaround estimate when you drop off.

Step 3: Diagnosis

We run a full diagnostic to identify what is actually wrong. Before any repair work begins, we contact you with our findings, explain what needs to be done, and give you a clear quote. Nothing happens without your approval.

Step 4: Repair and Pickup

Once you approve the repair, we get to work. Most jobs are completed within one to three business days. We will call you when your machine is ready. When you pick it up, we walk you through what we did and answer any questions you have.
